Thank you for becoming a member of our community! By creating a member account or using our Site, you agree to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Please read them carefully.

Our mental wellness blog posts provide information, not prescribed advice and are provided for general information only. They are not intended to, and does not, amount to advice which you should solely rely on. They are not in any way an alternative to specific prescribed advice from a psychologist, psychiatrist or other mental wellness professional.

You must therefore obtain the relevant professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on the information in these web-pages.

If you have questions about any medical matter, you should consult your doctor or other professional healthcare or mental wellness provider without delay.

No representation, warranties or guarantees although we make reasonable efforts to compile accurate information in our mental wellness blog posts, and to update the information, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content in the blog posts are accurate, complete or up to date.

Our blog may display some content that does not belong to Always Inspiring Me. This content is the sole responsibility of the individual who makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates any of our policies, and we will remove or refuse to display content that we believe violates our policies or the law. We do not necessarily review all content and you should not assume that we do.

In connection with your membership in our community and mailing list, we may send you announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of these communications. Engagement in our community can be done via your mobile device. Do not engage in our community in a way that distracts you and prevents or diminishes your ability to obey traffic and safety laws.

You acknowledge and agree that the listed  mental wellness professionals are neither employees nor agents nor representatives of Always Inspiring Me, and Always Inspiring Me assumes no responsibility for any act or omission of any such mental wellness professionals.

You understand and agree that, although a mental or medical health professional, physician, or other mental wellness professional or Therapist may have been accessed through Always Inspiring Me, Always Inspiring Me cannot predict or assess the competence of, or appropriateness for your needs, of the mental wellness professional. You also acknowledge and agree that you take full responsibility for the decision to access a mental wellness professional through the Always Inspiring Me Site and to continue to interact with the mental wellness professional, and that the role of Always Inspiring Me is strictly limited to providing access (contact information) to such mental wellness professionals for your consideration.

Your relationship with the mental wellness professional is strictly with the mental wellness professional or Therapist. We are not involved in any way with the actual substance of that relationship or any part of the mental wellness professional's Service (whether provided through the Platform or not). Information shared between members and mental wellness professionals during therapy services may be reviewed periodically by Always Inspiring Me to conduct quality control, address potential safety issues, and prevent misuse of our platform, if certain suspicious or potentially harmful activity is detected. We may also use aggregated data from chat transcripts to conduct research and development. In reviewing this information, Always Inspiring Me will maintain all applicable confidentiality/HIPAA/privacy standards.

Always Inspiring Me makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to (a) the accuracy or availability of the mental wellness professional, (b) the willingness or ability of the mental wellness professional, (c) the willingness or ability of any mental wellness professional to give advice, (d) whether the member shall find a mental wellness professional useful or satisfactory, (e) whether the member shall find a mental wellness professional's advice relevant, useful, accurate or satisfactory, (f) whether the mental wellness professional will be helpful, (g) whether the advice of the mental wellness professional will be responsive or relevant to the Member’s question, or (h) whether the mental wellness professional's advice will otherwise be suitable to the member’s needs.

Always Inspiring Me does not verify the skills, degrees, qualifications, credentials or background of mental wellness professionals. While Always Inspiring Me does verify the license, qualifications and credentials of mental wellness professionals that can be accessed through Always Inspiring Me, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee such verification of the skills, degrees, qualifications, credentials, competence or background of any mental wellness professional. It is your responsibility to conduct independent verification regarding any mental wellness professional that provides you with Therapy Services (whether accessed through the Platform or not). WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK THE CERTIFICATION AND/OR LICENSING OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL, MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL, PHYSICIAN, OR OTHER MENTAL WELLNESS PROFESSIONAL WITH THE APPLICABLE STATE LICENSING BOARD OR AUTHORITIES IN THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL'S STATE OR COUNTRY.

You may hold only one membership account. To protect your Always Inspiring Me account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any activity that happens on or through your Always Inspiring Me account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your password or Always Inspiring Me account, you can contact us.

​

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll alert you of modifications to these terms on this page and email them to registered users. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms. Changes addressing new functions or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should immediately discontinue your use.

If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.

These terms control the relationship between Always Inspiring Me and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.

If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, that doesn’t mean that we will give up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
